2. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by AV Travel Hub.

To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit or full payment (as specified) must be made.

The balance payment (if applicable) must be completed within the timeline provided at the time of booking.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation without prior notice.
3. Pricing and Inclusions

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are based on current rates, taxes, and exchange rates, and may change without prior notice.

Inclusions will be clearly mentioned in your package; any services not listed will be considered optional/additional and charged separately.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or official WhatsApp).

Cancellation charges will apply as per the terms shared at the time of booking.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days after deducting applicable charges.

No refunds will be made for unused services or “no-show” situations.

Airline, hotel, and service provider policies will apply where relevant.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and travel insurance before departure.

AV Travel Hub is not liable for denied boarding, visa rejections, or travel delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Itinerary and Services

Itineraries are subject to change due to local conditions, airline schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.

We reserve the right to substitute hotels or services of similar category when necessary.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, or other force majeure events.
7. Liability

AV Travel Hub acts only as a travel agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, accident, or delay caused by third-party services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us directly for the specific service.
8. Payments and Fees

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or any other method approved by AV Travel Hub.

Any additional transaction or convenience fees will be borne by the client.
9. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
